This is the most unorganized office you will work at. You are undermined, unappreciated, no advancement opportunities, deadlines constantly change at the last minute, severely understaffed and as a result you are overwhelmed with work, the deadlines are unrealistic with no consideration to the worker, staff are not treated equally as there is favoritism, management's personality is horrible. No work/life balance. Do yourself a favor and do not work here, for the sake of your well-being.

- Outrageously bossy Supervisor, if you really want to work for Altasciences choose any départements but screening - Extremely low salary (35.000$ per year) - No freedom (obliged to indicate start and end time for lunch or when we go to the toilets, etc.) - Constantly under pressure without any recognition when work is done on time after an harsh time - Turn over is a good indicator: 6 peoples have quit screening department within few months, average seniority is less than a year - Don’t expect any career improvement - Annuel raise of 0,25$/h/year
