      Pros

      Good experiences for college graduates but plan on not getting paid what you're worth if you stay more than a couple of years. Manufacturing is located on the same campus as engineering.

      Cons

      Job openings within the organization seem predetermined based on popularity rather than experience or job performance. Pay structure is predetermined based on years served.

      Pros

      Pay is good, above average mostly. Lenient with what time you are in to work and out. Friendly coworkers I have ever worked with

      Cons

      Don't expect to get far if you don't like the kool-aid they serve. Not much room to be promoted unless you are an engineer. Expect way too much work in way to short amount of time for most of my coworkers. There is hardly ever recognition for performing above average.

      Pros

      A lot of free food. Great people to work with. They require a final presentation at the end of the rotation which was a great way to show case your work and network with other managers.

      Cons

      Far from major cities, hence long commute. Some departments did not give interns much work during the internship which did not reflect well with some students.
