Pros
Fairly good pay. Lots of opportunities to try different positions. They do random things to make you feel appreciated (birthday dinners, holiday gifts, reward dinners and gifts for production and working safe, etc.)
Cons
Management is sort of lacking in the fact that a lot of stuff gets brushed under the rug for people that aren’t willing to work hard for the company which makes it seem unfair to those who genuinely do want to work hard and make quality, timelines and safety a priority.
