Pros

The people are very friendly and helpful. A young engineering work force that is very social. The company actually promotes social gatherings and sponsors several sporting teams. Pay is average for industry, but the benefits for full time employees are above average. There are plenty of opportunities to dive in and get your hands dirty.

Cons

Takes time to acclimate to the industry and jargon used in everyday conversation. Training is mainly trial by fire which can be difficult for some. Gathering information for projects can be difficult because most employees keep a fairly busy schedule. Weekly and daily presentations can get stale.
