      Pros

      Great co-workers and nice office building. Management is very open to listen to what employees have to say. It also has great health insurance for the employees.

      Cons

      It is very fast paced work environment and also a lot of work. There are way too many meetings that are not productive.

      nothing good at Alterna only benefits

      Cons

      low salaries, management refuses vacation in the summer, managers call you after hours and during weekends, they cannot train you because they do not have staff, micromanagement, mess, luck of any support, your co-workers are stressed out, they cry and run to HR on daily basis

      Pros

      Flat organization so changes can happen swiftly. Engaged team members. Company is heavily involved in the community. A large part of the culture deals with educating members to make informed decisions with their Financial Advisors.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for advancement. Wealth management is a profitable line of business but us second place to lending.
