      Constant change from leadership to product messaging. No real go to market strategy. Undervalue of established workforce. Sling-shotting certain positions while stagnating others.

      Incredible product that has the ability to transform so many people's lives - and has already. Management team is transforming with executives from leading companies and incredible talent at every level.

      With transformation comes change, and this can cause a discomfort for some.
