Pros
- great engineering talent, very smart peers - everyone is very helpful and approachable. You'll love the people you work with - great work-life balance - you'll get to work on zero to one project which is being designed for high scale - good opportunity to learn about distributed systems for enterprise customers - huge initiatives out of India team, it's a driver of the product unlike many companies where India team is a maintenance office
Cons
- multiple leadership changes in recent times, the product needs to iterate fast - the cloud journey has started but the company is 10 years late to the party. It still has a billion dollars in revenue and lot of Fortune 500 customers. The company needs to build a polished cloud product to stay relevant in long term and not lose the battle to new age startups
