Salary is in the up-middle part of what the Tech offers at the moment Clean offices & ressources Passionate teams in the tech part (pre-sales, product, engineers), & great support (SalesOps, DealDesk)
Cons
Layoffs with no logical approach Insane level of toxicity from management & zero impact on their career path internally Inbound leads distributed without logic they'll take all the good accounts from a year to another based on what your managers negotiate internally to serve his/her own interests emails until late at night, on weekends, holidays, you'll be squeezed like a lemon. I've seen several of my colleagues ending in burnout/sick leave and the company didn't care at all
