I agree that we have established a strong track record of trust with our customers, both through the quality of our products and solutions and in how we show up for our customers and define our success as theirs. Hi there - thanks for your feedback on your experience here as a Field Sales Rep. Among all the roles at an enterprise software company, yours is among the most challenging - and rewarding - as you work with our customers (both current and prospective!) every day. I agree that we have a top-notch leadership team, and we've created a sales culture not only of success, but of teamwork, mutual support and collaboration. Thanks also for your feedback on the quotas and goals - needless to say, we're continuously refining the way we build territories and set quotas for our go to market team. We are focused on ensuring they're constructed in a way that is both mindful of the market (especially as it shifts) and of the ability for our sales team to succeed and achieve on a personal and professional level.
