      Pros

      Awesome benefits and time off. Hard-working teams and smart employees. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Alteryx was recently acquired and they continue to make brutal layoffs every year. It makes working there difficult because even if you're amazing at your job, you could be fired at any moment. The leadership teams are also all over the place and the company is missing clear direction. Product teams are siloed and communication and collaboration between teams is a nightmare.

      Terrible leadership and no direction. Promotion only happens in a closed circle. No opportunities to grow.
