-Toxic environment in sales org. -Very rough cloud strategy. Primarily on prem product, late to cloud. Do you research here. -Sales process doesn't align with how customers consume as this is primarily a user based sale, not a sale to an IT team, regardless of what you're told. Most leaders hired in the past 3-years still don't get this at all. -Growth is a real struggle. Listen to the earnings calls and see how the stock performed over the past few years.

not everything that shines is a diamond. very toxic culture, lots of cheating and stealing, yet the management tries to keep telling us that this is the best company in the world. absolutely no internal progression possible. once SDR here, you are stuck in this position. you are being treated like a second class employee. everyone is leaving and instead of wondering why, Alteryx just keeps backfilling the positions with new "victims". very sad!!
