      Pros

      The products are beneficial. The people who do the work are mutually supportive and care about providing a good product and great customer experience. The benefits are great! (health, optical, dental, life insurance, match on first 6% to 401(k), ESPP, allowances for home internet for remote workers, and so on) The management says all the right things.

      Cons

      Management doesn't seem to do the right things so much anymore. The short-term financial focus is getting in the way of the long-term health of the corporate team.
