Pros
This is by far the best staffing agency that I've worked for. We're provided all of the best tools and resources to maximize performance, we have more reqs than we could possibly support and more than enough schedule flexibility. We're fully remote, unlimited PTO and aren't micro-managed (so long as you're doing your job.)
Cons
Agency Recruiting is a grind. The work is tedious and can be challenging. But that's the industry and there's also a lot of financial upside to the industry.
