      Cons

      Frequent movement between short-term assignments can sometimes make long-term career planning challenging. Additional support from leadership and HR during project transitions would improve the employee experience. There are also concerns around job stability due to periodic layoffs and business fluctuations. More transparent communication and stronger employee retention initiatives would positively impact morale and trust within the organization.
