Cons
1. You will not be considered as a human being, forget about employee, policy or ethics. 2. You will realise staying with out Job is better than working on this company. 3. Unattainable goals to achieve, Constant micromanagement, Exploitation at every situation will make you feel worthless. 4. HR, Senior manager and Senior Engineering Leaders are making sure all employees working like a donkey for every clients, since client pays them. There is no policy or work culture for employee wellbeing, when it comes to client. 5. Leaders and managers are worth for nothing but to torcher, exploit and play the blame game to terminate/fire you. 6. No severance pay for 2 months when firing employees, since its not like a service company (It will put you at client place), 7. Career is risk always. Most importantly your life is at risk due to constant torcher, work pressure, micromanagement and toxic work culture will lead to various health issues. 8. There is no specific work time. you should be available from morning 9 AM to Evening 12.30 AM if you are working with western clients. After working 14-16 hours also you will be expected to work more and exploited at every forum/meetings. You will be forced to work over week end to meet the target. 9. They will figure out ways to Fire you (Put you in PIP) and terminate at any time. This allows them not to pay single penny as severance pay, Since, your offer letter has a clause, not to pay any monetary component if its related to performance of the candidate. 10. They do not have much projects and hence going after tiny clients and accepts all their terms while finalising the SOW. As a result, the resource who is deputed to work with client will have very tough time, no support from client or altimetrik given once you are onboarded to project. 11. WFH they will give you as a luxury and to make you feel lucrative offer. But, the expectation is to work 14+ hours from home. you will realise better not to have this luxury at a cost of personal health/life. Last point is very crucial 12. All 5 & 4 star feedbacks on glassdoor are from those folks who are on bench/ their own trusted people, and they have been forced to do so or else they will be in radar.
