      • No salary hike for an year, feels like cheating employees. • Micromanagement and lack of trust • No career growth or promotion opportunities • Leadership has no clear vision or transparency • Long working hours with unrealistic deadlines • Very poor work-life balance • High attrition, almost everyone is quitting

Job Security is major concern. no projects now No scope for growth Highly biased environment, Genuine efforts and hard work is not recognized or appreciated not even considered Decisions to replace or remove employee will be made without fairness HR team and Management seem to exist in name only with very little impact on employee welfare
