      less experienced Business Analysts run the company

      No pros to share . Every employee is frustrated with the non chalanceof management

      Cons

      Company run by only BAs. No respect or recognition given to tech leads, project leads. Management thinks reimagining requirements by Business Analyst ensures project success. BAs are from 0 to 1 year experience who do not have any depth or breadth or SME knowledge, but write requirements and get all the credit. The real people who slog to execute project are treated like dirt.

      Cons

      Infrastructure in EC office should be better and there should be better facilities for recreation

      Thank you for the feedback. We are happy to see that you are enjoying the quality work and technology exposure. Infrastructure enhancements are ongoing. At the Altimetrik offices, we have provided several options for recreation, such as golf putting mats, foosball tables, carrom and chess boards, dart boards, games. We also just concluded the Altimetrik Premier Leage and Champions League cricket tournaments. More employee recreation activities are being planned and will be announced

      Growing company but useless managers

      Pros

      Good clients Higher management has a good vision

      Cons

      1.People managers are more un-professional. They don't know how to manage experienced people. So much micro management. They are asking people to do hard work rather than doing soft work. According the managers, people who stretch their working hours gets good appraisal ratings. 2. Need more professionalism from the HR team. 3. One of the pathetic IT department people i have ever seen. 4. Work culture is very bad.
