      1. To get something done, we need to follow up with the HR often. 2. Not process oriented.

      Not a good place for freshers to start their career

      Less salary for freshers There is no proper process flow, You need to fight with management to get. Very slow in all process Separation process is worst

Altimetrik is young and growing and we are continuously finding opportunities to better ourselves in every aspect, including any process issues you may have faced. We have an uncluttered compensation structure to ensure you have more cash in hand and we are open to salary negotiations at the time of our employment offer. Notice period in organizations are required to ensure there is seamless knowledge transfer to another existing resource / a new recruit. This will ensure there is little or no impact to the running of the projects/business. Altimetrik indeed has 90 days notice period and our records indicate that we have been flexible wherever possible. As regards full and final settlement, our records indicate that we are settling dues within 45-60 days from last working date and are continuously improving the timelines.

      You will learn lot about sickness, how to screw people careers. My Kind suggestion to people who are looking for jobs, better die than working here.

      Cons

      They donno why they hire with no vision and they fire immediately and screw the well built careers. No standards. If you are not liked by management, then pack your luggage. You need to lick management shoes to survive.
