      Best place to work if comfortable on frequent project changes

      Pros

      * No micro management * They offer competitive pay due to their strong relationships with product-based clients. * Their workflow is designed to be simple and efficient. For example, internet expenses are automatically added to our salary, no need for manual claims. * Some positions offer full remote work flexibility, depending on the client's needs.

      Cons

      * Major concern is very difficult to get long term projects, so far the long term I have seen in this company is 1 year. * Mostly we need to completely work as vendor in client place, visiting Altimetrik office is less.
