Pros

Working at Altimetrik India has provided good exposure to diverse projects, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to solve complex design challenges. The organization encourages ownership, continuous learning, and innovation. A special mention to my design lead, Antony, for being supportive, approachable, and encouraging professional growth. His guidance, constructive feedback, and willingness to help the team navigate challenges have contributed positively to the overall work experience.

Cons

Like any fast-paced organization, priorities can shift quickly at times, requiring adaptability. Better clarity in some processes could further improve efficiency.

Pros

Strong exposure to enterprise-level products and multiple domains You may work across fintech, automotive, healthcare, SaaS, or platform modernization projects. Opportunity to collaborate with engineering-heavy agile teams Good environment if you enjoy working closely with developers and product teams. Flexible work culture in many teams Several reviews mention decent work-life balance and WFH flexibility depending on the client/project. Fast-paced learning environment Helpful for designers who want to improve stakeholder management, systems thinking, and enterprise UX. Good for portfolio breadth You can gain experience in: Design systems B2B workflows UX strategy Discovery workshops Cross-functional collaboration Some teams reportedly give designers freedom to experiment and contribute ideas.

Cons

UX maturity may vary heavily between projects Some projects are design-led; others may treat UX as execution support after business/engineering decisions are made. Consulting/service-company pressure Tight timelines, client dependency, and changing priorities can affect design quality and ownership. Career growth can feel inconsistent Reviews mention slower hikes/promotions in some cases. Project allocation uncertainty Bench periods and dependency on client billing can create stress in service-based environments. Senior management experience differs by account Some employees praise supportive leadership, while others mention strict management styles. As a Senior UX Designer, you may need to advocate strongly for: user research accessibility design process design thinking adoption because engineering delivery often gets prioritized first.

Pros

Really good Place to work, especially the ux team Been working at Altimetrik and it’s been a really good experience so far. The culture is very chill and supportive, and you get good freedom to work on your projects without unnecessary pressure. Work-life balance is also quite sorted here. Big shoutout to my manager Antony from the UX team. He’s honestly one of the best managers I’ve worked with. He doesn't micromanage at all, gives you full ownership of your work, and always supports the team when needed. Having a manager like him makes the daily work much easier and stress-free.

Cons

Sometimes things move a bit too fast because the company is growing quickly, but you get used to it. Sometimes there won’t be much hike
