      We will get a chance to work on different technology. We can upskill ourself by using coursera which provide by altimetrik for free.

      Worst HR behaviour at Hyderabad location.

      Good salary and good clients.

      Cons

      Worst behaviour of Hyderabad location HR's. I have interacted with other location HR's as well. But other location HR's behaved normally and employee friendly. Hyderabad location HR's feel like they are the CEO's. They are treating employees as, they don't matter. HR should show some respect to employees, especially considering their experience and contributions.

      Salary hikes can be moderate. Project allocation sometimes depends on client availability. Limited onsite opportunities compared to bigger firms.
