      1. Salary while joining 2. Salary will credit to your account last working day of every month for sure

      Cons

      1. Toxic work environment and management. 2. Micromanaging and office politics 3. Its a client pleasing company, their own employees are not a priority for them. 4. I dont know why there is an HR team. You will not get any responses from your HR. 5. The average employee staying duration in Altimetrik India is: average 1 - 1.5 years. If you have any other offer in hand , consider that one. 6. No Job Security, less projects
