      Good if you prefer WFH always

      Pros

      Most projects are permanent WFH. Company culture is good but no office exposure. Infra is typical service based company like.

      Cons

      Less number of projects and if on bench real risk of managed separation. No monitors and sit and stand desks. Just small screen 14 inch laptop.

      1. Company has good WFH policy till now. 2. Good pay at the time of joining.

      Cons

      1. Bootlicking is highly preferred over technical skills or client feedback. 2. Incompetent management. Guys sitting at management are only saving their jobs by doing politics. 3. After you join don't expect good appraisal. Only after promotion you will get good hike. 4. Every other guy is running behind promotion here instead of improving skills so you will lot of mediocores here.
