      Deadbeat ownership with little or no regard for staff -- RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

      Pros

      Promises of a wonderfully dynamic start-up environment where everyone will be able to actively contribute, where the status quo will be challenged and new technology will be created.

      Cons

      Founders completely and actively circumvent their staff including going on client sales meeting without sales people, last second impromtu meetings with clients at large salesforce events, complete and total disconnect with other business units and leveraging opportunities and synergies that may exist. THE FOUNDERS ARE WAITING TO CASH OUT. DO NOT APPLY HERE!

      Pros

      Very little interference from reps on the job. That's it. I haven't seen my account rep in two years. The only time I hear from the company is when they need to confirm my hours due customer holidays or unexpected time off.

      Cons

      **NO PTO** Vacation/Sick/Personal and a half over 40 hours for contractors in the field. You only get paid for hours worked, if you do not work due to customer site holiday, jury duty or any other reason you do not get paid. Poor health benefits. Misclassified job description. I'm not a software engineer but since it lets them screw me even harder they won't change my classification. Management is slow to respond to issues, often and evasive if not stonewalling. RUN the other way or negotiate hard and get it all in writing before you sign. They will screw you if you give them a chance.

      Altimetrik is a rip-off

      Pros

      They leave you alone and do not try to contact you at all unless there is a problem with your hours or an issue raised by the worksite.

      Cons

      No Paid time off! No sick time No vacation No holiday pay No time and a half over 40 hours (possible Wage/Hour law violation)
