The company encourages professional growth and internal role progression, I was able to grow from Senior Engineer to Engineering Manager. Supportive colleagues and collaborative teams make it a positive workplace. It’s also encouraging to see the organization adapting toward AI-driven solutions and modern technologies to stay competitive.
