      No pros in joining process

      Cons

      Please don't share your documents neither do their BGV with IT department. After clearing all the rounds , they take all my documents but did not reeponse. A total waste of my so many hours and energy and then they want immediate joiner.

      If you are billed, you are treated well

      Cons

      else, you will be shown the door. Absolutely no job security. The whole company has lot of marketing guys who market stories. employee experience is very bad. i am glad i am not working with them any more

      Hiring & Firing culture

      Pros

      Energetic and lively environment. Opportunity to work in client location, mostly in India only.

      Cons

      No travel opportunity. Don't expect a long term career for engineers. If you are out of a project, you will be fired. No concept of bench. If you can suck up, you might be lucky. Crappy office space. Unhygienic toilets. Cramped cubicles. No work from home. Managers are not mature to trust their employees.
