      No Pros as such, Only show off behind the scene are never expected scenes.

      Cons

      Purely Staffing Company 2) Stop being fake and asking employees to write good reviews about company. 3)Only one client – If not billed asked to leave. Once the project gets over you will be asked to leave. Apart from that employees leave on their own. 4)Will make you work other than what your skill set is. 5)Fake commitments. Got good offer from bigger company and came in just because of fake commitments. Seen cheap mentality and politics at its peak. 6)Typical Mentality of small company. Top Management Powers works like dictatorship killing companies culture. Work will be done by you but credit is only taken by people close to managers.

      Great work life balance Well funded organization

      Cons

      * Sad & Stupid Leaders & Management, perhaps high school kids make better decisions * There is more politics in this organisation than entire country put altogether, dominated by Tamil folks who have been aligned to most of the management roles - sadly not one of these guys can talk or deliver convincing/motivating speech to employees. You will often find people talking in regional languages and wearing flipflops to workplace !! * No vision or goals set for these leaders, they change their mind every day and drive in all the directions. * Delivery Team promises deadlines even before knowing what has to be delivered, they are part of Artificial Intelligence Team who could read clients mind and needs * Micro management
