      The overall environment supports flexible working hours and reasonable workload management.

      Cons

      When Altimetrik’s contract with PayPal ended after a few years, employees were not informed in advance. Direct access was removed abruptly, which created uncertainty. Better communication and early visibility into such transitions would significantly improve employee trust and experience.
