Pros

Provides opportunity for growth. Decent pay. Good in terms of promoting and using latest technologies. Good performers are treated better and promoted accordingly.

Cons

Not a product company. Teams and accounts have there own practices. Hikes can be better. Not all developers are technically strong or updated, need to enable that.
