      Pros

      There is a lot of great engineering leaders in the Altimetrik West division (for example many of them come from places like Visa and have bundles of expertise and wisdom to share), guiding us engineers and keeping us in check.

      Cons

      Have had some hiccups with HR, but nothing too detrimental

      learning opportunities, good working environment, managers are supportive and cooperative, Lot of flexibility in terms of work from home.
