      Poor culture/salary. just another consultancy

      Pros

      If you are working in India your pay will be slightly competitive than other consultancies. If US, then you will get 401k.

      Cons

      1) No appraisal, no salary hike. Even though you perform the best. 2) Salary is very very less in US. no hike. Even if you work for 5years in US 3) HR is the most unresponsive. They don't even bother to connect to their employees. 4) Even on your LAST DAY, the HR team won't bother to call you to listen your concerns for leaving. Finally you will feel your energy and hard work is getting wasted as you don't get hike and your voices are not heard by HR/management team.
