      1. Transparent and fair work environment - top management is accessible and listens to feedback 2. Working in niche segment of digital business - working with Fortune 500 and mid sized companies to drive their digital transformation. Working on cutting edge technologies and architectural paradigms 3. Seasoned leadership coming from product companies - focussed on growth and building a world class company 4. Also have couple of products that are owned by Altimetrik - internal culture driven by product engineering and Innovation
