      Pros

      Pay is better than peer companies Founder is a billionaire.

      Cons

      Where to start? No clients and limited projects. HR Policies are worst Higher management is total crap. They suck their founder's money than producing from projects. They say its a product based company, whereas its a pure body shopping company. They fire people who comes to bench after finishing the project.

      Corona Virus is better than Altimetrik

      You read the headline precisely. It is ideal to be getting infected by corona than being suffering from management people in Altimetrik.

      Cons

      101% micromanagement assured. Management people constantly monitors every employee and bleeds them until they shed their closing drop. you have to work over and over again or else you'll be in their awful books. Forged guarantees and commitments.Higher management people pushes people into projects ignoring their skills; all they care is making that person billable and suck cash from clients. if you do no longer agree you may be fired. All engineering leaders are here simplest to make their chiefs happy and no caring, expertise feelings towards personnel or their welfare. Senior engineering leaders created a tradition soaking in consistent fear among employees and they're unskilled old folks that do no longer recognize how new generation groups work. If you could suck as much as the management you may be rewarded abundantly. There is not any secret details be supported whilst complained to HR persons in general. If you have offers from different companies close your eyes and go join those companies. you will thank me later.

      Nice Environment To work with | Interview process needs improvement

      Work environment and culture Can able to work on interesting new Tech stack Flexibility People Better Pay and Hikes

      Cons

      Interview Process is good but It's not transparent, I gave attended and cleared three times, but didn't got offer due to notice period and such. Pay is better than other service companies but less for clearing their hard interview process, as a general opinion.
