      Good Benefits, saalry is all fixed i.e. no variable pay, Joining and New year gifts

      Cons

      Effort logging in Jira i.e. daily 8h efforts to be logged on a task. You will be deployed to a client, your work, manager, performance will all depend upon your client and project.
