      1. Work environment. 2. Employee friendly. 3. At par with market standard pay scale. 4. Emphasis on learning 5. Extremely high focus on quality of work. 6. Very good work life balance. 7. Very clear organisation goal.

      Cons

      Nothing. Company is evolving very fast so you need to keep up with it and I don't consider it as a con.
