      They will deploy you at one of their client --Work life balance

      Cons

      --Becuase of service based company ,Location keep changing so if you are fine with that you can join

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Talented peers. Culture is good as a workplace. All is well if there are projects are in pipeline. You can take initiatives and innovate in any project if you have the attitude. Somehow, the vendors perform better than FTEs and hence the company is thriving.

      Cons

      Nothing challenging as such! People get away with poor design and code if they are talented enough. Client vendor model so appreciations don't feel so authentic unless you are FTE of client company.

      Dear Ex-Altimetrian :Thanks for your comments. As you may have experienced, lot of engineering managers and leaders are emerging out as a Tech leadership team, thus having a 'go-to' person for our techies. And every day, there is a constant effort to raise the bars !

      Pros

      Initially the management was good, but the current management is not. Recognise the people who worked with you during your initial days when Altimetrik was formed. Start recognizing peoples effort. Do not be a body shop!!!

      Cons

      Body shop and no creativity or skills and no proper recognition. No proper planning and management does not care for those who plan and execute well.
