      Never had a proper client to work with

      Pros

      Only wfh and family time.

      Cons

      It's been 2 years with this company, and I worked with only 1 client. They have very limited clients and short term projects. Your life will be held in searching new project every 3-4 months. You have to be behind every manager to get a project. Hrbp is the most careless person I have seen. Even though they say we value women a lot, they will ask you resign on women's day with out any hesitation.

      There are many, one of them is that they dont care about employees. Even if you are there with them for longer time they can politically ask you and force you to resign even if you dont have single min "bench" history. 2) There is no growth with the clients they are having. 3) Just dont join here, please. 4) Manager and HR wont be connecting with you very often. They dont even know that you exists

      Worst HR team and poor interview process

      Nothing to be frank .

      Cons

      Interview process was very poor... rescheduled the interview more than 4 times without even asking us about our avaialble time. And the panelist did not join at the scheduled time as well.. and when i informed HR that no one has joined the call, he asked me to wait for some more time. Worst HR team and bad experience overall
