      Restrictive contract, you can't work for a year after them

      Work like an employee, and no as a contractor.

      Cons

      The contract was too restrictive it tells that you can't work in other companies for a year as a developer, also you can't be a freelancer or contractor for a year neither after finish a relationship with the company. The salary is low in comparison to other companies.
