      1. Org thinks about employees - Employee centric policies 2. Good Managers - No in house politics 3. Striving to become best in terms of technology and getting fortune 500 clients 4. salary is good and gives decent bonus for any extra work apart from KRA

      1. Big challenge regarding work life balance 2. there is so much work that taking leaves becomes a difficult task
