      Vision is strong and need to focus on the same in order to achieve the same Flexibility in work timings, work styles etc

      Cons

      Hire to Fire has been the policy been followed till now No focus on Support functions

      Pros

      -> Compensation according to performance & reviews. -> People helps each other to learn and support each other. -> Benefits like work from home, flexible hours and extra study days are great!

      Cons

      -> In Montevideo is mostly Salesforce development, not that much stack variance. -> Very difficult for me to transition from QA to development.
