      Company might be good for freshers that too from non SAP . Unilever is only life line for SAP flocks .

      Cons

      If you are from SAP background very less opportunities .

      Pros

      I have been working with for over 5 years, would like to share my experience. First two years as it was a startup was really good and we did lots of innovation. But as time went, company lost their vision. THIS STARTED IMPACTING EVEN THE OTHER DELIVERIES /STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS. Pros: Nothing much to say....

      Cons

      Very volatile and not employee friendly. No good employee policies. No proper respect to employees. No growth plan and engineering vision lost with the current management teams No proper strategic accounts as major accounts got closed. Please do not opt to join this company as your career would be a disaster.
