      Pros

      Transparent communication among the employees and management. Management always chose the right candidate for the right project. Good Pay. Capable person can get more opportunities

      Cons

      Nothing. We can talk with the management even if we have anything to expose. No issues.

      Pros

      Chennai - Only revenue generating and more than one client location . so if employeed at any other location in Altimetrik you will be deployed to chennai as other locations have 1 client and 1 or 2 projects.

      Cons

      1) Any working day can be last working day 2) No projects in Pune 3) Will be hired for Pune and will be transferred to Chennai or laid off 4) very small projects outdated projects. 5) No new learnings 6) start up culture 7) Too small and too much of politics
