Pros
Like any other services company, if you probably do a good job you will have another job once your current assignment is done :-) , but again there are not many opportunities as the number of customers that they have is very limited.
Cons
Very limited opportunities once your current project is done, this again depends on the role that you play. Very much like any other mid-size / small IT services company, nothing exciting but again nothing very bad They recently had a senior management reshuffle, so many have left the organization, so do your research/talk to the people ; protecting your anonymity before you sign-up
