      Pros

      New COO is sharp and smart, very promising and confident.

      Cons

      Older management always engaged in small talks and gossip about new COO. Influencing people to not follow new initiatives from COO Wasting time and money on Playground. It's gonna be joke and ridiculous idea to get patent! Client engagements require process adoption which is not found in entire organization, requires BA/Consultants to drive projects and not by UX. Only organization where UX team meet clients and screw up entire account in the early stages even before account conversion. Lot of projects have been conked because of this practice but nothing has changed Body shopping and nothing to learn, no products no vision no projects. Future looks dim Marketing and PR Team to be sacked asap. Complete waste!!

      Good for Beginners

      Pros

      Work-life balance and work culture is great if you get a good client (e.g. PayPal, eBay).

      Cons

      Lower salaries. Not for long term especially if you are in the technical side.
