Ideal for those who wish to make their career in Technology 9. Ownership of individual's career progression 10. Performance driven organization with good KRAs 11. Cash Positive and Nimble Organization - So no unplanned attrition 12. Above than average Market rates paymasters Do not go by review of Disgruntled non-performers reviews. Talk to current employees and ex-employees and make an informed decision

Altimetrik has low tolerance for non performers. You need to keep retooling your tech basket Expect to quick to adapt to change and at times be ready take roles or opportunities that are outside your comfort zone
