      1. Good Salaray 2. Good Benefits 3. Good Decent Hike(If you are in Client Location)

      1. Too Much pressure if you are working in client Location like Paypal. No Work life balance. Almost Nil.

      No issue if u r in project –until you are billed.

      Cons

      TA Hires if No Project CTG Team Fires, This is the trend from initial. A may speak magical words, but CTG Will Not Speak but your manager and PE (HR) will speak. Don’t spoil your carrier in this tough situation’s I am sure they will shut down the operation one by one. No innovative product or project. Fully depend on billing. its worst place to work they may enter into great place to work (by bribing) it is not the fact. i thank altimetrik for firing me thank god i good opportunity.
