      - Great Environment to work in - Management is very transparent, constantly promotes learning/innovation and ready to adapt. - All the departments are open to suggestions and innovation. - Employee focused and people friendly organisation - Was very impressed with how they handled COVID - 19 crisis with minimal impact.
