      Good for Fresher. You can learn so much.

      Cons

      Experience Candidate need to think before join. Tremendous pressure after 3 months joining. No work life balance. Wants to enjoy life, Pls don't join. They will spoil your happiness. Recruiter are no value in CBSI. They treat recruiter as slave. Hiring and Firing is there motto.

      If you make client dependency you can get good appraisal/increment.Gud for freshers who want to learn as on deployment of client side you get more exposure on real time in sap. As a fresher main focus is on learning instead of location.
