      Pros

      Good work life balance. Talented peers. Culture is good as a workplace. All is well if there are projects are in pipeline. You can take initiatives and innovate in any project if you have the attitude. Somehow, the vendors perform better than FTEs and hence the company is thriving.

      Cons

      Nothing challenging as such! People get away with poor design and code if they are talented enough. Client vendor model so appreciations don't feel so authentic unless you are FTE of client company.

      Dear Ex-Altimetrian :Thanks for your comments. As you may have experienced, lot of engineering managers and leaders are emerging out as a Tech leadership team, thus having a 'go-to' person for our techies. And every day, there is a constant effort to raise the bars !

      You have nothing to do with your company, you have to take care of client and company takes care you. Over all its good company

      you are good till, you are deployed after that problem starts.
