      No boundaries to learn. Very good exposure. Some of the company policies are very employee friendly. And on top of it all, pay is well

      Good infrastructure, Great ideas, great plans,Great vision, strong teams (only few ).Rest all lost/fired bcoZ of politics and managers greediness or insecurity that he may over take.

      Cons

      Full of shows only.Nothing productive.Not sure if the management knows or not lots of unwanted expense in the middle levels are costing badly.and lot of changes and managers politics and policy changes anytime without notice or intimation and freedom to flexible as per the managers needs and wants is bad.Firing without intimation spoils reputation. Keeps check.

      Placed in one among the prime location.Good IT Park.

      Cons

      No Proper process.No Standard procedures.each and every time there is a change.Every manager can bend any rules as per his needs and wishes for the person he like. If you are targeted you will be in riskbof getting fired anytime. Lot of politics that too in the resent years only in have never seen this company so bad and insecure.in my 4 years.Lot of things are happening and get unnoticed lower level ppl are targeted and fired.
